Blog from an ordinary Lease holder given a voice.
Having been a lease holder for a number of year I've experienced many issues relating to repairs.
So when my main down pipe blocked again, for the 3rd time, I thought I would record my interactions with the various departments and post them in this block for other leaseholders to share and commencement on.

As a leaseholder in a small block I noticed out communal power bill was far too large for the lighting provided.
I did a calculation and found it was 2 or 3 time what the bill should be. It's hard to be exact without the tariff information. Hence I rang the department to query the meter reading and tariff rates.
