Dear Leaseholder,
The HLA is still here and working hard to make leaseholders’ voices heard. Despite many difficulties the HLA is still the recognised borough-wide organisation for leaseholders and remains the only forum in which leaseholders can be themselves and express their views independently.
The Association regularly receives requests for advice and support and just being able to share the difficulties they face is sometimes very helpful for leaseholders battling poor communication and arbitrary decisions.
Many leaseholders feel the service they received is poor and the HLAs engagement with the Council is vital to help improve the service provided, but we need your support to keep going. The AGM is when officers and committee members are elected, so if you would like to be more involved, please put you name forward to join the HLA committee. We have to have enough people there to be quorate so please come along if you can. Speaker tbc.
